Postage costs
We charge the following postage costs
United Kingdom
- £5.00 for orders up to and including £50.00
- £10.00 for orders of £50.01-£150.00
- Free shipping for orders over £150.00
Europe
- £10.00 for orders up to and including £50.00
- £15.00 for orders of £50.01-£150.00
- Free shipping for orders over £150.00
- £15.00 for orders up to and including £50.00
- £20.00 for orders of £50.01-£150.00
- £25.00 for orders over £150.00
Where possible we send our parcels by Royal Mail first class. This is normally for small letters and packages. For larger, heavier items Royal Mail prices become rather expensive and so for those items we will post using a courier service. All parcels going by courier service are sent at the end of the week on Saturday. We do our best to minimise the postage costs while aiming for quick delivery times. However do bear in mind that we are based on the Shetland Islands and so most parcels will take a number of extra days over and above normal delivery times.
